Description

Deniz Hoti is an awarded social designer, entrepreneur, youth leader and consultant in the areas of public advocacy, social innovation and fundraising, with more than 9 years of experience in the civil sector in Serbia. He was awarded for designing the „When I grow up …“ educational program (II place in the National Competition of Good Practices in the area of career guidance and counseling at the Euroguidance Center in Serbia) in 2017.

He was appointed an expert in the Team of Europe, representing, thus, the National Youth Council of Serbia, while he also represented the National Association of Practitioners of Youth Workers, as an expert in the Regional Social Innovation Policy Lab within the framework of the You SEE platform.

He has worked as a trainer with children, young adults, adults, the government, primary and secondary schools, NGOs, cultural institutions and companies. Together, they designed learning experiences for more than 1,500 people from 12 different countries. Deniz is the founder of Connecting, in love with Design Thinking and knows how to make beer.
